The mesh on top of the flair case is the Bloxxer Tshirt.

The cases (other than the Summer 2021 Crate) are based on real life ammo cases.

The Character Case model appears to be based on the cases from Counter Strike: Global Offensive.

On August 23rd, 2022, cases are disabled in Belgium and the Netherlands.

Further information: It reopens approximately 10 times. Ever since the 2.6 Update, the chance of getting a duplicate has been lowered, which means cases are more likely to give players items they haven't unlocked yet.
